One thing I really loved about this story is that it was not explicit. The physical relationship is intense but not to where I would blush. It was wonderfully done. Books like this let my imagination have power which makes the reading more enjoyable.
The characters were very connectable. I lost myself in them. These are characters I could see in a movie, pulling me into their story.
There were some editing issues I found that didn’t hurt the story, but anyone who goes nuts over issues might get worked up. For example, in one scene the sexy main guy had his hair loose. The same scene on the next page described his hair as back in a ponytail. I checked that he didn’t do it himself before I moved on. This was more prevalent in the beginning, but I beg you to keep reading. The story is that good.
If you want a contemporary romance that has you cheering for the characters and wanting to help them find happiness, then this is a book you have to check out.
Note: I won this book in a contest with no expectation of a positive review.
